Good morning from Spain! I’m writing this post from the Valencia airport… we’re heading back home to America (fingers crossed my luggage makes it this time). We’ll be home for two days before majorly screwing up our time zones all over again in California for the Lamborghini Super Trofeo season-opener. We have been in Valencia, Spain for the week competing in the NASCAR Euro Series and I can’t get over how sweet and welcoming everyone was. Spain has been lovely, but definitely has its quirks. For starters, stores close during the day and restaurants don’t open for dinner until 8 or 9. Then there are the overwhelming 7-story department stores! And I have never eaten so much bread before in my life. But Old Town Valencia was gorgeous 🙂 I loved the windy streets, the architecture and the culture.
