Happy Memorial Day, y’all! I hope you guys have been having a great long weekend. I’m here to make it a little bit better because one of my favorite retailers, Red Dress Boutique, is having a BIG sale. They’re offering 20% off sitewide and this is HUGE because they rarely ever have sales. Now this sale lasts only today running through Monday at midnight, so I would take advantage of it stat! No discount code is needed; the price will be reflected in your shopping cart. And to make it a little easier for you, I am sharing all of my recent outfits from RDB below and if you scroll to the bottom, I have rounded up all of my favorite picks from the site. So if you’re having a rainy Memorial Day like we are in the Carolinas, stay in and shop with me 🙂
TGIF, loves! And happy Memorial Day weekend! Here’s hoping you have Monday off. I am heading to Charlotte for the NASCAR race and then to Atlanta on Monday, so I’m in for quite the Southeast tour over the next couple of days. But since I won’t be by my computer, I wanted to round up all of the best sales that have begun!
And I specifically wanted to share this fun look because almost everything I’m wearing is included in the sales beginning with these adorable sunglasses. I snagged them at J.Crew (for full price… boo), but they are now 40% off with code GETAWAY. These pink bow heels are part of the Nordstrom Half-Yearly sale and come in four colors and my dress and bag are 20% off with code CORTNEYDRYDEN20. The pom pom bag is a dupe of a pricey Nannacay crossbody that came out last year but at $26 it’s over $100 cheaper! For size reference, I’m a size 6 and wearing a medium in the dress.
When it comes to beauty products and skin care, I am constantly on the hunt for the latest and greatest, especially when it comes to updating my makeup for Summer. Of course I have my ride-or-dies, but there are a ton of new products that I have recently worked into my makeup routine and wanted to share with you. As it gets warmer, I want my makeup to adjust as well – I’m talking sunkissed colors, luminous primers and setting sprays, and warm eyeshadows – but where to start? And what is really worth the hype?
While I continue to learn about beauty, I realized that there were still a few areas of my makeup routine that were lacking: my powder left a cakey finish, my eyeshadow never blended exactly how I wanted it, and my contour shade wasn’t quite right. Thankfully, after multiple visits to Sephora and Ulta and even dipping my toe into the Hush App craze, I had found a routine that I’m sticking to this Summer.
