I am finally back from Daytona and THANK GOODNESS. Did y’all happen to watch any of the races this weekend? Almost every car in all three series wrecked, making it the longest race I have ever worked thanks to alllll the red flags. Hopefully this weekend’s race at Atlanta will have a little less carnage. I don’t have to work this race, so I will get to take my Atlanta friends and family to hang out with my NASCAR fam 🙂

But enough about NASCAR, let’s chat about an AMAZING sale. My favorite retailer is up to 25% off right now with code GOBIG25. I seriously wait for these sales every season to stock up. You can shop some of my picks tonight in the sidebar under Shop My Feed, but be sure to check back here tomorrow where I will be rounding up sooo many great pieces you don’t want to miss!

Our Wedding Invitations <3

Invitations: Minted c/o / RSVPs: Minted / Address Stamp: Etsy

I feel like I have come a long way since this whole wedding process began. I have learned to make decisions quickly and firmly and never look back. I have learned that I can’t have everything I want, but that’s ok because I’m marrying the man I want. I’ve learned that I should work in the wedding industry because these people are making a killing. And finally, I’ve learned that secretaries don’t get the respect they deserve. The secretarial duties of wedding planning have kicked my butt! Luckily, Minted got me back on track recently and I had to share.

I made a grave mistake when doing my Save the Dates. I hadn’t collected addresses yet, so I ordered blank envelopes with the intention of printing them myself. Learn from my mistake! This whole process took an entire day and a half. With Minted, you can upload a Microsoft Excel file and they address/return address each and every one of your envelopes for you. Hallelujah! Another trick is to order a personalized rubber stamp or your address – you can easily use this on your RSVPs or to return address anything. I found this one for $12 on Etsy. Thankfully, the whole process of ordering my wedding invitations went much more smoothly and I sent them out yesterday! I can’t wait to hear who will join us on our big day 🙂
