Top: Charming Charlie (wearing a size small)/ Jeans: TopShop / Bag: Louis Vuitton / Keychain: Rebecca Minkoff / Sunglasses: Ray-Ban / Wedges: Nordstrom / Earrings: H&M (sold out, similar here)

Why yes… it’s another transitional piece! Get ready for plenty of these in the upcoming weeks. I found this top for $35 at Charming Charlie of all places. I have never really looked through their clothes before, but I found a couple cute pieces recently.

My long (sort of) weekend has just begun. I was planning to head to Darlington, S.C. tonight for the XFINITY race, but Tropical Storm Hermine has turned into a full-blown hurricane and NASCAR cancelled on-track activity tomorrow. Normally we don’t ever know ahead of time, which means this storm must be getting really strong 🙁 It looks like it’ll clear up by Saturday, though. And thank goodness because I never get to just hang out and the track and cheer for Jeremy.

My team will be racing at Greenville-Pickens Speedway in Greenville, S.C. on Monday (they love running the K&N Pro Series East on holidays *insert eye roll*) but hopefully we can find something fun to do on Sunday or Tuesday! I am thinking white water rafting! How are y’all spending the holiday weekend?

OTS Romper + Tassel Scarf

SHOP THE POST:

OUTFIT DETAILS:

Romper: Chicwish / Scarf: Michael Stars (on sale for $20!) / Wedges: Dolce Vita (on sale for $36!) / Earrings: Kendra Scott / Bag: MISA Los Angeles

My photographer Alison and I take so many pictures that a set or two will fall through the cracks. This romper/scarf combo is another one of those times. Luckily though, in the meantime, almost everything I am wearing went on sale. I’d say that’s a win! This scarf is only $20 and the wedges are only $36 and SO comfy.

I love a good romper I can wear with wedges now and booties when the temps start to drop. I mentioned yesterday that I am going to Darlington for the NASCAR race this weekend and picked up this romper to wear with these booties. Hopefully it won’t be too hot! Alison and I about died shooting fall looks on Sunday… trying to change in and out of skinny jeans when you’re sweaty is tricky (ew)! But I have so many fun looks to share with y’all soon 🙂

Hey y’all! I know it’s Monday, but it’s the Monday of college football kickoff week so it doesn’t suck quite as bad, amiright?! I am beyond excited for another season to begin even though my alma mater isn’t ranked this year (sad face Auburn). Annnnddd to add insult to injury, we’re having to play the No. 2 ranked team, Clemson! Plus, I’ll be in South Carolina for the race at Darlington probably surrounded by Clemson fans. But that won’t shake my enthusiasm 🙂

Fall is probably my favorite season thanks to football, haunted houses, and pumpkin everything. Why yes, I have already picked up pumpkin candles and air fresheners for my house. I saw this meme earlier today and cracked up! Try to stop me! I also loveee the fashion this time of year and have already invested in some comfy sweaters like this cowl neck one. I love the tunic hem and can’t wait to wear this with leather leggings and booties when it gets a little chillier out.
