Happy Monday y’all! This Monday is a littleee easier for me to bear because I am out on the open seas cruising on the Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas! We booked this trip in like January and the anticipation has been killing me. And while we’re away from the chilly temps, I had to share this look from H&M.

Olive and blush has to be my favorite color combo – I just love how unexpected it is, but how well the two colors jive. This sweater from H&M’s conscious collection is a perfect fit (not too short, not too long) and comes in a million colors. I’m thinking of snagging the red for the holidays. It runs TTS and I am wearing a size medium. As for this scarf, it is my go-to throughout the fall… the colors are just perfect!

One of the things that struck me most about Beaufort, SC was all of the living oaks. As an Auburn graduate, oak trees hold a special place in my heart. Beyond their beauty, it was a gathering place for celebration in college. The oak trees in Beaufort feature hanging moss that created a gorgeous canopy for the carriage ride we took and again for this stroll down the waterfront. As the sun started to set, I cuddled up on the verandah of the Cuthbert House Inn with a book and a glass of wine to watch the sun set.

Although the weather was mild for late November, I packed this cognac cardigan to keep warm on chilly nights. It was such a score for $34 from Forever 21 and also comes in navy.

Beaufort, SC Travel Guide

SHOP THE LOOKS:

The NASCAR season ended recently and Jeremy and I decided to take a mini vacation to Beaufort, SC to unwind. We are such big fans of Charleston and Savannah, but had never visited this gem in between. It has a similar feel to its neighboring cities – historic colonial homes, a waterfront park, and famous lowcountry cuisine – but with a small-town vibe.

Visiting the coast in November was such a pleasant surprise! The crowds had thinned, but the weather was still mild enough to enjoy activities on the water. We packed our days full with the best the city had to offer and our only complaint was that we wished we had more time there. And while the views, food, and accommodations were second-to-none, the hospitality of the town’s residents was what struck me most about Beaufort.
