Hey babes and happy International Women’s Day to all my boss ladies out there! This day carries some extra significance this year as I have transitioned from working in the male-dominated industry of NASCAR into the female-dominated industry of influencer marketing. While I loved being a part of the motorsports community, sexism is still very much alive. It is so refreshing now to be in a community of women supporting each other and really killing the game in this fast-growing industry. I feel so lucky to be a part of it and am so proud of what we have all been able to achieve over a few short years.

I am taking it back to warmer times to share the sweetest blush maxi dress. It runs TTS and just screams Spring – even if the weather is still screaming Winter. Seriously, Jeremy and I shot some looks in 40 degree weather yesterday and the look on my face in 90% of them is hilarious! Luckily, pear trees and Japanese magnolias have been in full bloom and are absolutely stunning across the southeast. The falling petals look like pink snow!

But the BEST news of the day is how many amazing sales are happening this weekend. I seriously need to stay off the internet and away from stores over the weekend because these are SO good. I have rounded up all of the codes below as well as my picks from each retailer.

Happy Monday, loves! I am kicking off the week on a high note with this adorable ruffled mini dress. If y’all have stopped by here before, you know that I don’t wear much black, but I will always make an exception for gingham. Not only does this dress come in gingham, but it also comes in white and denim. I’m wearing a size small and the silhouette is SO flattering.
