As for my outfit, I finally found two Fall staples I had been coveting: a plaid skirt and a graphic tee. Both I found across the pond, but shipping was fast and reasonably priced. I’m wearing a small top, but I would recommend going up a size if you want it a little longer. The skirt was true to size (and only $13!) and I can’t wait to pair it with a chunky sweater and tights for the winter months.

Happy Saturday! I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend. The Thanksgiving holiday for me is about the three Fs: Family, Food, and Football. Well I’m stuffed, surrounded by family, so now it’s time for some football! I’ve got navy blue on in support of my team and ready to spend the day in front of a television.

I bought this beanie for a Where’s Waldo costume, but have loved it and been wearing it ever since! And you can get it at Forever 21 for only $3. You might as well pick up a few! The Black Friday sales have carried over into the weekend and all of the above pictured Old Navy apparel is still 40% off. The Piperlime booties are 25% off as well.

I ventured into the madness yesterday, only to purchase a necklace for full price :/ You’re doing it wrong, Cortney. Back behind the computer for me… that is where I have been finding the best sales.
