Sequins! I couldn’t get enough of them during the holiday season. And I am not about to banish them to the back of my closet until next year. Cable knit sweaters, graphic tees, and flannel are their perfect pairing for a casual-glam look. It says I’m formal, but I’m here to party.
We had a random warm day in Charlotte recently and I couldn’t help throwing on some open-toed shoes. It’s back to rain again, which I would normally complain about, but I finally found the perfect pair of red Hunter rain boots that I’m excited to break in. And let me tell you, it wasn’t an easy process. I could write a thesis on Hunters for short people… and I will. Stay tuned.
I love casual sparkles! The skirt looks great with the black sweater.

This kate spade bag is to die for! I swear I can’t get enough of it!
Casual sparkle certainly isn’t easy to pull off (I have yet to do it) but you totally achieved sparkle success here 🙂
LOVE that bag. I’m currently on the hunt for a new one. What’s the style of that beaut?
Hi Sarah! Thank you! It’s the Kate Spade Beau Bag. IT’s literally the most perfect bag I have ever owned and if you sign up for Kate Spade emails, you get 15% off! 🙂
